We provide boiler installation, boiler servicing and repairing facilities you can rely on. Our Gas Safe registered engineers specialise in the supply and fitting of gas and oil-fired boilers from leading brands like Vaillant, Glow-worm, Vokera, Worcester Bosch, Grant and Wallstar. We can also supply and fit boilers from most other manufacturers.
We are registered installers for Glow-worm Club Energy. A credential that entitles our clients to a 10-year extended warranty, free of charge. We also supply and fit underfloor heating, mains pressure hot water cylinders, immersion heaters, thermostats, radiators, gas fires, thermostatic radiator valves and heating controls.
Boiler Servicing
A regular boiler service is important to ensure your boiler is working efficiently and safely, and to prevent an unwanted boiler breakdown and boiler repairs. In addition to boiler maintenance, we also carry out full gas safety checks, and can supply a gas safety certificate or energy efficiency certificate on request. If you are a landlord renting out a property we can supply a landlord certificate.

Gas Safety Checks
All your gas appliances – gas boiler, gas cooker, and gas fire, and any other – should be serviced regularly and checked for gas safety compliance once a year. Skipping these vital things can put you and your family at risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Our Gas Safe registered engineers to carry out thorough testing of all your gas appliances, to check:
- Gas appliances are burning correctly with the correct operating pressure.
- Harmful gases are being removed from the appliance safely to the air outside.
- Any ventilation routes are clear and working properly.
- All the safety devices are working
Landlord Certificates
As a Landlord in the UK you have a legal responsibility to ensure that any gas and electrical installations in your rented properties are safe. This includes having a gas safety check done every 12 months and keeping an up-to-date gas safety record.
Our Gas Safe registered engineers are available to carry out a full gas safety inspection and issue Landlord Gas Safety Certificates. We can also arrange regular servicing and maintenance of your gas appliances.
